The restaurant is steeped in integrity and pride but is fun and easy going. This is a restaurant of great value as it is easily affordable any day of the week or for a special event. The price structure is Prix Fixe, which is to say a 2 course menu is&nbsp;$35, a three course menu is $45 and a four course menu is $53. All that being said, each and every&nbsp;item is available a la carte as well for those with&nbsp;a smaller appetite.&nbsp;The cuisine is&nbsp;modern and a much evolved version of Haute&nbsp;French cuisine, serious, yet light-hearted.
