The waiters are seasoned veterans who have worked with some of the best restauranteurs in the Chicagoland area. The restaurant is steeped in integrity and pride but is fun and easy going. This is a restaurant of great value as it is easily affordable any day of the week or for a special event. The price structure is Prix Fixe, which is to say that a three-course menu is $49.50 and a four-course menu is $58. All that being said, each and every&amp;nbsp;item is available a la carte as well for those with smaller appetites.&amp;nbsp;The cuisine is&amp;nbsp;modern and a more evolved version of French Haute cuisine; serious, yet light-hearted. You will not be disappointed.

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Effective today November 19, 2010 There will be a &lt;u&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CANCELLATION FEE &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/u&gt;of $25.00 per guest for any party of 8 or larger. This fee will apply to Friday and &amp;nbsp;Saturday evenings as well as special occasions and holidays.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;Credit cards will now be required to hold a table of 8 or more. The cancellation policy will be fully and clearly explained and must be agreed&amp;nbsp;upon by the guest&amp;nbsp;before the reservation is held.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;The fee will be applied as a gift certificate under the parties name to be applied on their next visit and will never expire. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS MADE AS THE MONEY IS ON HAND TO BE APPLIED ON A FUTURE VISIT.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
